When you subscribe to FobSoft, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged for the next billing period at the start of each monthly billing cycle. If you want to cancel your subscription, you must write a letter to the below mentioned address requesting for a cancellation before the end of your current billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following billing period.

That canceling a subscription will not retroactively refund subscription payments. Previously charged subscription fees cannot be prorated based on cancellation date. For example, if you purchased a monthly subscription on December 1 for $129.99 and cancel your subscription on December 20, you will have access to the subscription until December 31 and will be charged the full $129.99 for the month of December. After canceling your subscription, you will not be charged another monthly subscription fee unless you re-purchase a subscription of $129.99 on January 1.
